National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Maine (Facebook) has much related information and a Helpline which anyone can call for specific information or just to talk about his/her situation (1-800-464-5767; press 1). They also offer a Teen Text Support Line (207-515-8398).
Tri-County Mental Health Services (Facebook) is continuing to provide services via telephone and televideo. If folks need support for mental health or substance use, please have them call our helpline at 1-888-304-4673.
G.E.A.R. Parent Network available for phone calls to provide support for parents/caregivers/educators of children with behavioral/emotional challenges, and can also help find Behavioral Health resources.
