Carl Costanzi coordinates the 5210 Let’s Go! Oxford County program for Western Maine Health. 5210 Let’s Go! is a multisector childhood obesity prevention program. He is also involved with the healthy eating and active living work of the Oxford County Wellness Collaborative and with the Maine Outdoor Coalition working to get people in Maine connected to the outdoors. He participates in the two local community food councils, The Local Food Connection and Community Food Matters as well as the Bethel Area Nonprofit Collaborative. Before moving to Maine in 2004 Carl was a research molecular biologist in Philadelphia. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Western Foothills Land Trust and the Bryant Pond Learning Center. He lives in Norway with his dog Dakota and has three adult sons.
